This page explains how Katapatti users can request deletion of their account and associated business data.
To request deletion: contact Katapatti support at 76205 51207.
Please provide your registered business or firm name, registered phone number or email address, username if available, and whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data.
For a full account deletion request, Katapatti will delete or anonymize account data associated with your organization, including:
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, security or fraud-prevention reasons. If retention is required, we will keep only the data necessary for that purpose and for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations.
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request.
You can also request correction or deletion of specific records without deleting the entire account. Contact support using the same phone number and describe the records you want changed or removed.
